Introducing EDSL Sport

Find out more about this new, exciting and dynamic motorsport business who specialise in all aspects of stage rallying for the Ford brand...and much more...

Ray King, a life-long motorsport enthusiast and competitor is the founder of EDSL – a company specialising in visual collaboration. He has supported Alex Waterman and Harry Thomas since the beginning of their rallying careers which in two years has seen the team enter many local events, the BRC and a number of WRC rounds. EDSL have three core areas when working with clients – Business, Technology and People which we believe translate into what we as EDSL Sport are seeking to achieve.

We ensure develop a strong relationship with our customers by offering the opportunity to experience our service through a test session, carry out regular maintenance on their rally car and invite them to our purpose built workshops to demonstrate the facilities that we can offer. We ensure that the sometime arduous task of comepting, particularly those that are long haul, is removed by providing a full in-house service including hotels, ferries and entries etc. to bringing back the trophies!

Modern rally cars have extreme levels of technology and undergo gruelling conditions when on events. Ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standard, using the latest technology is a key part of success in this field. Our workshop is fully equipped to ensure that the cars leave in immaculate condition to go and finish even the toughest of WRC events. All of our technicians have experience of World events and know what it takes to not only prepare a rally car but to keep it running throughout an event.

Offering support in the various facets of the sport, from running the car on events, marketing, video diaries, sponsorship proposals or driver coaching are an essential part of the total package. Taking the stress away from the crew, allowing them to concentrate fully on the pre-event recce and the event itself means that they can fully focus on success.
